Children can experience up close and personal how hay milk is turned into delicious cheese. You’ll be able to watch the cheesemakers in action and will learn the particulars of cheese and get an overview of dairy farming.
All steps of production – from the delivery of the milk to adding rennet, to cutting, to the brine wash to the delivery of the finished cheese – are explained in a professional, understandable way.
